Slow and steady wins the race. Believe me, I have tried every other way. What I know I need is steady and consistent weight loss.
The purpose of this blog is to serve as a daily tracking of my progress of fasting 300 meals in 365 days.
I plan to fast either lunch or dinner as breakfast is a smaller meal and I work as an analyst and need to get my metabolism going for the day to do my job. The duration of the time of fasting will be between eight and 17 hours, depending on if the meal period of fasting is for lunch or dinner.
